Seva Sankalp Abhiyan – Institutional Level Speech Competition
The Institutional Level Speech Competition under Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, Category III – Undergraduate, was successfully organised at Manohari Devi Kanoi Girls’ College, Dibrugarh, on 23 September 2026.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students and was judged by Dr. Jogesh Das, Ms. Anwesha Saikia and Ms. Deepa Pradhan.
