The purpose of giving feedback is to improve the situation and performance both in Academic and Administrative process. Therefore, the Institution design a fruitful feedback form where Student, Guardians, Alumni and others share their experience which help us to serve Balance with Blended learning.

Instruction for filling up the feedback form.  

1) Each and Every student should fill up form after 6th Semester examinations.

2) Each student will submit their feedback for all the faculties in which department she belongs. 

3) Response must be Neutral or impartial with the appropriate option. 

4) Guardian will also fill up their respective feedback form with proper impression.
