FOR CBSE STUDENTS
The Students of CBSE Course are asked to fill up online form with the marksheet of class XI. After declaration of result they have to upload the marksheet of class XII immediately and it will be valid upto 12 noon of next day of the declaration of the result.

- ONLINE FORM FILL UP FOR ADMISSION IS MUST.
- DIRECT ADMISSION TO THE STUDENTS WHO HAVE SECURED 80% AND ABOVE (EXCEPT FOR TAKING HONOURS IN ENGLISH) FROM 1ST JULY TO 7TH JULY, 2022.
- THE STUDENT MUST BRING THE PRINT OUT OF THE DULY ONLINE FILLED UP FORM ALONG WITH ALL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS FOR VERIFICATION ON THE DAY OF ADMISSION.
- SELECTION OF STUDENTS FOR ENGLISH HONOURS WILL BE PURELY ON THE BASIS OF ENTRANCE TEST FOR BOTH AHSEC/CBSE AND OTHER STUDENTS WHICH WILL BE HELD AT 11 AM ON 8TH JULY, 2022 IIN THE COLLEGE PREMISES (ARTS BUILDING) AND SELECTED LIST WILL BE PUBLISHED ON 9TH JULY, 2022. INTENDING STUDENTS ARE DIRECTED TO BRING HARDCOPY OF ONLINE FILLED UP APPLICATION FORM. APPLICANTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO APPEAR FOR THE ENTRANCE TEST WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED LATER ON.

Instructions To Applicant

Read the prospectus carefully before filling up the application form.

A valid Mobile Number of the student for verification OTP.

Wrong/False entry of any credentials of the application will attract rejection of the application.

Upload passport size photo and signature of the applicant without which the application will be summarily rejected.

Upload Pass certificate of the last examination.

Upload Admit Card of the last examination.

Upload Mark Sheet of the last examination.

Upload Caste Certificate (OBC/MOBC/ST/SC) if applicable .

Printed copy of the online application form has to be submitted at College.
- Gap Certificate has to be submitted if any.

ADMISSION FEES FOR B.SC. 1ST SEMESTER (SELF FINANCE COURSE) IS RS. 15,000/-, Monthly Fees Rs. 500/- Only.

Students seeking Free Admission into B.A. 1st Semester will plant a sapling at her home and shall give photograph of the same to the college.
Category of Students eligible under the scheme
1. Students whose parental annual income is less than Rs. 2.00 Lakh from all sources will be eligible to avail this scheme.
2. If either of the parent (mother or father) of the student is working in the State Govt/Central Govt/Semi Govt/State or Central Govt. undertakings, such students shall not be eligible under this scheme.
Proof of Income/Document's required
1) An Income Certificate issued by Local Revenue Circle Officer only (for the current year)/
2) A declaration from the students that neither of the parents (father or mother) of the students is an employee of state Government/Central Government/Semi Government/State or Central Government Undertakings,
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
There is no provision for cancelling submitted application and as such no refund request for refund of application fees and admission fees will be entertained/considered.
Terms and Conditions
- For online payments, it is important for candidates to note the transaction Id for future reference..
- Application fee Rs. 200/- will be charged by MDKG College from the students.
- Submission of application form and payment of application fee does not mean the candidate is eligible for the Courses. Candidates are advised to carefully read the eligibility criteria in Admission notification and Information Brochure before applying.
